Main function of automobile blower assembly

The car blower assembly is a whole. The main function is to:

1. Control the speed of wind speed. The function of a car blower is to blow the cold air from the air conditioning evaporator or the hot air from the radiator into the car. There is nothing inside the blower except for an electric motor;

2. Turn on the blower (air conditioning blow switch). If the temperature is set to the lowest temperature, the external circulation will be the natural air temperature outside the car, but it will be slightly higher because the air inlet of the air conditioning external circulation is basically located between the lower edge of the front windshield and the engine compartment, which will bring in the temperature of the cabin;

3. Turn on the air conditioning (A/C) switch. If it is an automatic air conditioner, the blower will automatically start supplying air; If it is manually operated, the air conditioning compressor usually starts to operate only after the blower is turned on;

4. When the A/C compressor is turned on, cold air is exchanged and blown out through the condenser in the air conditioning system, but it is also controlled by the temperature selection through the partition in the system to control the mixing ratio of natural air, evaporator hot air, and condenser cold air, in order to meet the temperature requirements.
